The orders received through the www.dkrutadaptiva.com website will be processed within the two (2) working days following their reception. You will receive a shipment confirmation and the tracking number within 24 hours following the shipment. Once your parcel has been given to the transporter, Instant Barn Wood is exempt from all responsibility. Shipping generally takes nine (9) working days in Canada and in the United States of America. Delays caused by circumstances out of our control such as strikes, unfavorable weather conditions, natural disasters, etc. may occur. ADAPTIVA can not be held responsible for any delays caused by these types of events.

ADAPTIVA will accept an exchange when the wrong product has been shipped. In such a case, please contact us at info@adaptinnov.com with proof of purchase and the wrong product received. The product must be returned in its original state with all of its contents in their original packaging. Instant Barn Wood will complete the exchange upon receipt of the wrong product. All shipping fees will be borne by ADAPTIVA in such a case.
